the one thing i want to talk abt marriot hotel is her oysters. no matter those provided in buffets or restaurant california, the oysters there seemed to come fr special source, which make them v unique fr other places. not found in anywhere in hk for those places i ve tried incl fine dining or grill room in top hotels. one readily spotted the difference on tasting. u dun see flesh shrinks on touching it , but still it is v fresh (of course freshly shucked). the texture is good, not too tend

, but still it is v fresh (of course freshly shucked). the texture is good, not too tender as to give u obscure feeling or too crunchy to chew. what's more, u really see obvious difference of diff oysters originated fr diff places, be some creamy, crispy, metallic, sea waterly, sweet, salty, rich or mild taste. & taste in individual oyster is complex & layered taste is distinct with good after taste. the feeling is juz unforgettable.
