This is one of the most popular hidden gem back in the days, tucked away inside of a government multi-purpose building, many by-passers didn't even know there's such restaurant up there inside Happy Valley. The first time I went was a couple of years ago, back then food was decent, nice and hot dishes and tons of flavor and fun environment. However, ever since then for each time I'm back, food quality got more and more below average and portion become smaller each time. The worst thing is they never tend to improve their menu, not even a ted bit. Food are overly salty the last time I visited and I still remember the spicy garlic chicken was very dry and the garlic / chilli flavor couldn't even go into the meat of the chicken.
One thing I do like is their soup, at least there's not MSG in it and you can tell they did put their heart in making this a home-style dish without too much pretentious move. Which I think simple cooking should be in setting like this.
