Dinner: (1) ox tongue - decent flavour and texture; (2) short ribs - disappointing and lacked flavour; (3) bacon and tomato roll - tomatoes were the large ones cut into slices...which is not what I'm used to (cherry tomatoes)...bacon should be done a bit crispier; (4) grilled corn - way too salty...the corn also wasn't very "juicy"...it was just kinda dry; (5) peony prawn and uni tofu cup - with the exception of the dry ice display (which was cool), the prawn and uni were fresh and decent...the
