Pros - great location, view, design of the restaurant, details such as plates, cups, glassware, superb, truffle mushroom pasta ( Enoodles ) great taste, regular taste for Shirmp dim sum, but nice touch with gold on top and beautiful serving.Cons - I worked previously in F&B can compare the service. All 3 waitresses couldn't speak any English, they didn't even excuse if they would like to take a dirty plates or fill the hot water for the tea, just interrupting with their moves. Just got a lun

All 3 waitresses couldn't speak any English, they didn't even excuse if they would like to take a dirty plates or fill the hot water for the tea, just interrupting with their moves. Just got a lunch menu which was limited, cause we came after 3pm, so only dim sum selection, had to ask for an Alacarte menu ourselves ( which is absurd, you have to make up sells ). Attitude of the staff very poor. Had a main course beef tenderloin 8 small pieces for around 450-500hkd, very chewy, NOT worth the price. Spent almost 900 hkd for a lunch, not even close to be full for 2ppl. Money wasn't a concern, the view and the restaurant decoration worth it, unfortunately can't say it about the staff. Very undertrained staff, hopefully management could provide them better training. Very disappointed.
