Our choice is RIGHT !!

This is an unusual day, as we have been late for almost 30 mins, as we were not familarize with the YL area, and we were worrying that our table could be taken... but nicely that the waitress can get us another table quickly, this is a very nice service... With our hard works finding the shop,  plus the great service, we decided to go for a nice seafood dinner set for 2.The first seafood platter that comes with the set is really nice, big in size and juicy... it's from US... salty seafood but sw

 The first seafood platter that comes with the set is really nice, big in size and juicy... it's from US... salty seafood but sweet in heart.

 Here comes the Caesar, it's quite surprising too, as it's nice done with crunchy romaine, and seasoning with parmesan cheese... well done.

Lobster soup

 Lobster seafood soup was nice too, not too salty, but actually quite sweet instead... while Mushroom soup was a bit mild in taste. 
Truffle mushroom soup

Dinner starter - Foie gras

 The next dish was the most expecting one, and when it comes, we were so excited that... can you see how thick it is... the nice Foie gras... and the temperature is a bit overcooked, but the overall taste was so nice and rich...
Foie Gras - Pink color ....

 The chef has added a bit of interesting taste on it as well, see the pinky color olive oil..  it looks so nice, but when it melt in your mouth... it's actually too rich the oily texture... though it is an interesting experience.
Crabmeat & Mushroom Angelhair

 ... and the mains... big in portion as well, and so, we were shocked again... as we afraid we can't finish them all.  The Angelhair was very nice... very rich in taste due to the white sauce, and the crabmeat itself is also very good, not too strong, but can give you the fresh seafood taste. 
Black Angus Ribeye

The Angus Ribeye is surely a winner as well, though from the look, I thought the temperature was not ideal, but when I tried it, the meat was soft and tender, with a very strong steak taste... I like it...

 We struggled a bit on whether we should pack some home as when we saw the size of the desserts that the next table is getting,... and so, we decided to stop a while, finished the steak and leave some angelhair to be taken away... 
Chef's special - Laichee mixes

 We made the Right Choice, as both the laichee mixes and chocolate fondant were nicely prepared by the chef... with coconut milk, and the great mango ice-cream, it's really a good mix when we can try the fresh laichee... wonderful...

 While the chocolate fondant, was not bad either, rich but not sweet.  Perfect for the old school diner like us... ha ha... overall, the experience tonight was great, and we like it.
