As a 5-star hotel, operator should pick up the line again after more than a minute wait, as I have been waiting for more than 2 minutes, that I have to put off the line not having the follow up service.
With new Deluxe Hotel nearby opened with great competition, this is an issue as a first contact to guests with important impressions that a customer service which named itself as yours, a 5-star hotel should not have happened.
Surprised and quite disappointed need to call again for a simple enquiry of time having live music at lobby lounge though it’s early in the morning. Only follow up service extended that I need to remind the operator should it be put through to reception or related for this simple information.
