It’s close to the end of the Chinese New Year holiday and to my estimation, there was close to a quarter of HK altogether on the same ferry as I was on and in Cheng Chau (definitely exaggerated the number, dare I say) - this tells you how packed Cheng Chau was! I was indecisive about which drink to get as I wanted the chewy texture of the purple rice which I think should be something exclusive for the Rice Yoghurt while simultaneously wanted to try something I haven’t tried before. As it was almost my turn, I swiftly made up my mind and got the Peach Yoghurt ($36) and made a request to add purple rice to it (+ $2). How cheeky was that! >.< Two birds one stone haha! I also got the Fruit Tea ($42) for my friend and he couldn’t applaud enough the variety of (physical) fruits that were included in the drink. There was just the right level of sugar and everything.
This shop appeared to be run by a family of siblings and if this is actually the case, this is a really sweet family business they are doing!
