One of the Best Japanese Noodle in Hong Kong

Haven't go to this shop for almost one and half year. But the taste still very good. Arrive at 6:30pm. Need to wait almost 30min for available seats. Price range around $32-$48 for a bowl of noodle.Order one egg noodle and one yokozuna noodle. I recommend to choose the noodle with "Pork Bone" soup. It is more tasty.I think the only Japanese Noodle shop can compare with this one is the one in one of the basement TST East. But it is more expensive.
