I rarely go to a Japanese restaurant because I don't eat raw food.So I go to Japanese noodles shops and this time, Bichon.Bichon sells grilled food in a Japanese style and it was recommended by a close friend of mine.I went to this restaurant for lunch today at 12 noon & it was quiet.The services by the waiters and the manageress, Ms Chan, were warm, friendly and heartfel - The latter explained in detail different specialties at their restaurant like 黑豚、和牛、秋刀and 鵝肝。I particularly liked the Sake

I went to this restaurant for lunch today [a Sunday] at 12 noon & it was quiet.
The services by the waiters and the manageress, Ms Chan, were warm, friendly and heartfel - The latter explained in detail different specialties at their restaurant like 黑豚、和牛、秋刀and 鵝肝。I particularly liked the Sake, which was best value for money and was the best company for chicken soft bone and chichen skin.
I'll definitely go again if I'm in CWB.
