Wanting to try these eggette parfaits for long and finally it’s my turn! Visited this place on a weekday afternoon. It is difficult to avoid the egg puff from going soggy after immersing in the gelato and the sauce. But when it was freshly made, it was quite crunchy and chewy!
Both combinations were nice and it’s definitely a must try for anyone who is around in Sheungwan!
And it’s located next to the dauntingly long stairs! Take these as a treat after conquering that hike as well!
