Ever tried a one Michelin star Chinese cuisine? Check out Rùn located right in St Regis Hotel. Saw that their bbq pork was amazing and wanted to see the rave of this place. Overall the vibe and service is top notch, felt very zen sitting here. They also cut the Peking duck in front of you. Amazing food, but I must say alittle disappoint with the food for its price and the claimed one Michelin. 🦆 Peking Duck ($880) - I thought this price was okay - comes with the traditional wrap and lettuce stir
🦆 Peking Duck ($880) - I thought this price was okay - comes with the traditional wrap and lettuce stir fry. For that price you get the whole duck and they slice it in front of you! Quite reasonable as the serving of this is quite big. You also need to reserve this 24 hours before, making a deposit of $1500. The duck was a bit dry, and I needed to put a lot of sauce. However i did like how there were unlimited wraps! 😍
🐽 BBQ Iberico Pork ($368) - their signature dish, love how the pork was really juicy and fatty. It was topped with some honey, and love how there wasn’t that much fat in the cha Siu.
🐽 Sweet and Sour Pork ($258) - out of all dish, I enjoyed this one the most. It was not too dry, the pork was fried well and it had a nice taste. Also had fried pineapple as a nice addition!
