HK shop of an Osaka omakase guru. Went in advance of girlfriend's birthday. Pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail given to each dish. Tasteful flavours some of which were strong but never overshadowed that of the seafoods themselves. Personal favorites being the mixed sushi roll with otoro, shirako jelly, Hokkaido crab, foie, uni on abalone... but really everything else were also great! Would recommend!
