Made a reservation for dinner the other night and had to wait ~15 minutes for a table.Started off with the short ribs over gai lan and it was okay. The beef short ribs were rather chewy.The steamed vegetables with mushrooms was also okay:The steamed fish bones were okay:The sweet and sour shrimps were rather small.
