after looking all the bad comments, i really want to try it out...actually, i have been there for 2 times already, tried a few types of noodles (including my friends of cause) as expected, 1. noodles were hard (even we have requested for the soft noodles), 2. every noodles come with the same type of meat, and it does not feel like a real meat!3. soup base was too rich and need a lot of water on the rest of your day!4. it only comes with one piece of sea weed and 1 or 2 pieces of veg (Chinese ve

something no one has mentioned before, their service... most of them are very local, i felt like in a fast food rather than Japanese restaurant in Central!!
most funny thing was, most of the people shaking head while eating...and i would not dare to try out other food, felt like throwing money at the sea
