This is (kinda) new at TST n there are always people queuing so I thought it might worth a try.The environment is nice, decorations are really girly However the food is disgusting, the Red Bean Chestnut Waffles ($38) were serve COLD. The waffles were soft, tasted of really cheap butter (or even margarine!) and not sweet at all.There was only a mouthful of red beans and chestnut, definitely not enough to accompany the waffles.The guests on the next table only finished half of the portion of thei
