A random visit, very disappointed. One of the waitress was quite indifferent. And after we were seated, we were not given either water or kimchi. We all know that charging a 10% service fee isn’t something new, but charging service fees when you get no service is something that makes you feel outraged. Nobody wants to go to a restaurant where you spend money but face someone with an arrogant and condescending attitude. There are lots of great restaurants where customers are feel welcomed.
