not the right time, not the right place to enjoy

I have a terrible experience dine in at your outlet in this afternoon. As you know your restaurant hardware absolute outstanding but the service which unexpected horrible in Central Area. I have order one Pork fried rice and Chicken Vegetable Rice around 14:30 today. I got the Pork fried rice around 10 mins after we order and the other meals did not serve until we chase them almost 20 mins. Anyway the vegetable rice was cold and not HOT with reasonable temperature. We have inform one of the mana

I have a terrible experience dine in at your outlet in this afternoon. As you know your restaurant hardware absolute outstanding but the service which unexpected horrible in Central Area. I have order one Pork fried rice and Chicken Vegetable Rice around 14:30 today. I got the Pork fried rice around 10 mins after we order and the other meals did not serve until we chase them almost 20 mins. Anyway the vegetable rice was cold and not HOT with reasonable temperature. We have inform one of the manager who replied like ( get other one for you without apology or feel sorry). The Fried chicken come with bones & skin only. I got nothing to say and then approach to the cashier pay the bill without eating the meals. And inform the manager regarding the meals then he reply sorry about that ONLY. If you was there and saw him treat the customer like that will definitely send him home immediately. As you know world of the mouth will kill any business in the market in this century and pls take a serious action to avoid to hurt anyone in the future
