I went there on 25/1 to celebrate the CNY.The environment is superb, especially its balcony, where you can have a good view of some skycrapers in Central.Yet the food is fair only. The hot dishes were not warm enough while the sashimi was not fresh enough. What is worse is that I threw up a lot and had a mild diarrhoea after eating three oysters.The waiters were really efficient. Whenever we left our seat, they re-folded our napkins according to their style and placed them on some small plate

The waiters were really efficient. Whenever we left our seat, they re-folded our napkins according to their style and placed them on some small plates on the table (though we might have put our used fork/knife there)
All in all, it is not as good as it sounds (at least according to the standard of a deluxe hotel)!
