I had wanted to try this burger place for a long time. Yesterday finally got a chance to go buy takeout myself and so I was kind of looking forward to it. When I went in, I looked through the menu and decided to order the Hawaiian Surfer Girl burger. So I told the obviously non-Chinese speaking cashier on my order. I said "1 Hawaiian Surfer Girl burger please". And then I heard she mumbled something back to me. Unfortunately I was not able to catch what she was trying to say - either I did

Unfortunately I was not able to catch what she was trying to say - either I did not hear it well or I could not understand her accent or she just spoke too softly. So I said once again "1 Hawaiian Surfer Girl burger please". She mumbled something again. I really could not understand what she was trying to say so I said "ha?". And then here is the part I was not pleased. After I said "ha?", she twisted her mouth in a very impatient and annoyed manner, as if she had a huge problem that I don't understand English or something. She then pulled out a menu, with her mouth still twisted, and then gave me the menu and asked me to point. I was already quite pissed off (I think my English is better than hers!!!) but since I was ordering already I decided to finish off anyway. So I reluctantly pointed out the "Hawaiian Surfer Girl" to her (frankly I lost 1/2 of my appetite by then) and then she finally gave me a smile and took my order. I then continued to order the blueberry milkshake. The final bill came to over $100. Unfortunately (or ultimately luckily) I did not have enough cash with me so I gave her my credit card. I was then told that they only accept cash. Good! I thought. I may as well just leave. With that kind of service attitude, I would rather save my stomach for something else. So I told her to cancel my order and then I left. Never tried the buns and don't really regret it! And by the way, the cash-only thing is kind of patron-unfriendly. I mean their food aren't exactly cheap as McDonald's.
