Introduced by friends to try this renovated restaurant located at circle tower 20/F BG. It does live up to it’s expectation of all the good comments from my friends. The environment is good which decorated with green plants wall surrounded by bird sounds. We sit in at 7:30pm which is almost full on Fri night. We tried the chilled abalone whose texture is good and refreshing. The burgundy escargots served in a hot bowl and is full of herbs and olive oil taste.
We ordered roasted pork, which served on a hot rock. The pork is tasting good. The hot pan rib-eye is hard to go wrong as long as the steak is well and grilled properly so it is fine. It was what you expect.
The house wine is fine too when you consider it just cost you HKD22.
