I saw the rave reviews on OpenRice and thinking it was popular for a good reason, I decided to try it out. I was dubious when I entered the place as it was small and the seating was similar to a school canteen.We very quickly ordered and found the food to be just curry and chilli powder. We very quickly ordered and found the food to be just curry and chilli powder. No herb or spice taste that I have experienced with other Indian restaurants. The lime soda was watered down soda with sugar.
Disappointing meal overall but if you’re not into the real deal then it’s fine as the staff are local Chinese and the place seemed popular with local Hong kongers. After we left, surprisingly there was a long queue waiting outside.
