as a vegetarian, I tried this restaurant today. food was ok, not much exciting. But i have to complaint the "toxic"service during our dinning experience.The mean service can never meet your requirement. we order a vegan bowl, we had been told, they forgot to send our order until we inquired them for 3,4 times, by then we have waited for 40 mins already. The same, we order spicy sauce for 3 times, then were told they don't have spicy sauce. We asked back the lady who wrote oder for us, she said
The mean service can never meet your requirement. we order a vegan bowl, we had been told, they forgot to send our order until we inquired them for 3,4 times, by then we have waited for 40 mins already. The same, we order spicy sauce for 3 times, then were told they don't have spicy sauce. We asked back the lady who wrote oder for us, she said she never wrote order for us. She was literally telling lies, since she double confirmed the alternative ingredient of our orders.
The lady next to us, was told her credit card got declined, but the card was a brand new claimed credit card. The lady was angry since she noticed that they was trying to plays games with customers.
A young teen lady walk in, sit by a table near us. the waitress told her she had to move to the bar seat, since all tables are booked. Apparently the waitress was just trying to fool the girl. After the girl left with anger, we saw several new customers walked and have independent table in w/o booking at all.
The vegetarian pantry, the service experience we felt really went against with the pure vegetarian spirit.
Bad experience. Broke our good mood of the nice weekend.
