This is a newly opened restaurant in the area and thought to give it a try as it was hidden downstairs the basement and not noticeable.Firstly when we sat down, I wanted to ask the waiter about the set in the menu what it includes, but he RIGHT AWAY pointed me to use the app for ordering and didnt want to answer my question. Firstly when we sat down, I wanted to ask the waiter about the set in the menu what it includes, but he RIGHT AWAY pointed me to use the app for ordering and didnt want to answer my question. So I told him I have a question to ask, not asking him to take order and he didnt seem quite pleased (bad attitude).
Secondly, the photos in the menu are always not what it seems for the actual food but my husband and I ordered a meal that included both pork and beef so we can share as it is a hot day and so did not want to have one meal each, the meat portion of course turned out to be much smaller than what you see on the photo, the meal costs $178 and $197 including the service charge.
Thirdly, each meal says it is allowed unlimited salad and soup to come with it so when we asked the waiter, he said to us because we ordered one meal only, they will need to charge us $15 for each bowl of extra salad ... the menu does not mention there is a minimum requirement, but it is not like the salad portion is super big anyways so ask for extra money is very unaccomodating as a restaurant and VERY impolite just because we ordered 1 meal to share.
The experience was not nice as we went in happily wanting to try this new place. I dont really recommend and will not visit with this type of service.
