Norwegian smoked salmon salad baked potato, with Caesar saladI quite like the taste of the smoked salmon salad here, albeit there's usually too little pieces of smoked salmon. The bad thing with takeaway is that the heat from the baked potato mixes with the coldness of the salad-topping and they both become a horrible luke-warm. I quite like the taste of the smoked salmon salad here, albeit there's usually too little pieces of smoked salmon. No doubt, to have the juxtaposition of a cold topping on a hot potato, you'd better eat it straightaway.

The wrap was not heated up sufficiently with the result that it was quite floury and tough, without that golden crispiness that I love about oven-baked goods. On the other hand, I found that the smoked salmon salad filling might not be so appropriate for heating, as it has quite a great deal of mayo and the wrap gets overly soggy. It would be great if they could have heated up the wrap alone first, before adding the filling... Warning - I had a bit of a stomach pain afterwards, which I suspect is from the fact that the smoked salmon was heated so briefly, then left in an enclosed takeaway bag where the heat+moisture allowed germs to brew… ew.
