Naked is located just next to TST East station. Overall, sashimi and sushi are delicate and highly graded. Those are the chef picked seasonal ingredients. The 8 pieces are the illustrations of their famous flame-seared technique. Among the 8, salmon, sea urchin, scallop and Botan shrimp stand out- definitely unami.

p.s. It was a Saturday evening but the restaurant was not that much seated. Perhaps location is the main reason (a tourist area when people might look for dim sum). Relocation to other areas might attract more customers.
