Very direct.I seldom go to TST already, while my love's brother came to HK for vacation, we already tried to choose meticulously for sounding meals from Openrice.The three of us had set meal: soup/salad, Pasta with Salmon, Duck Con fit, Beverage.The appetizer: salad leaves not that fresh and I dun feel like the chef put passion to it. Same as my soup, I feel like sipping sth cteamy without a taste.Pasta with salmon: I expect there is certain standard when u locate urself at Knutsford Terrace. I

The appetizer: salad leaves not that fresh and I dun feel like the chef put passion to it. Same as my soup, I feel like sipping sth cteamy without a taste.
Pasta with salmon: I expect there is certain standard when u locate urself at Knutsford Terrace. I think the chef is rather aggressive to put all the favors onto the dish and disregard the pasta ... the pasta itself is soaked ... should be saturated with cream, and the cream is not well-made already. And the salmon is too salty. The side is as well overcooked. The dish is too salty.
Duck Con fit: Better order the dish in a really fine restaurant. The meat has dried up, very dry. U know when u see the picture.
Maybe we have expectations, and it turns out to be big disappointment.
