Have always wanted to try this restaurant since there're lots of good reviews about it. Finally made a booking successfully for Friday night to celebrate my friend's birthday. The booking was at 8:30pm, but they made us wait till 9:15pm, which made us kinda pissed. Anyhow, there were 3 of us, and we ordered a 1/2 portion of sesame orange chicken salad, hakata cod roe spaghetti, and cajun fries in a trash bin. The salad was nice and fresh, but we thought it tasted a bit like the Asian dish 手撕雞. T

The salad was nice and fresh, but we thought it tasted a bit like the Asian dish 手撕雞. The cod roe spaghetti was a bit too creamy for my taste and I think they used a bit too much dressing, but the taste was quite special, kinda reminding me of Japanese cuisine. I seriously recommend the cajun fries -- they were hot and fresh and the spices made them really tasty.
It was my friend's birthday so they gave us a free dessert, which apparently was creme brulee for that day. According to my friend it was really 'eggy' and a bit too filling. On top of that, we ordered a peanut butter and banana turnover, which was unexpectedly good and crispy.
All in all, I would say this place serves nice food for reasonable prices. However, the noise can get a bit irritating (I think it's because of the low floor height), and the wait can be quite unbearable.
