My wife suggested to have stone grill food for dinner tonight and decided on Shack Rakuzaka. It was located at How Ming Street, couple of minutes walk from Kwun Tong MTR.The ambience was cozy and dim in lighting, having a comfortable seating layout. They specialized in stone grill meat, as well as dinner set and drinks etc. Since it was happy hour now, I ordered a glass of Asahi beer. The set came with salad, soup and rice. Salad was fresh and crunchy, while the beef soup was clear and tasty, able to taste the essence of the beef broth.
I ordered 100g of Canadian acorn pork loin and topped up for a piece of king prawn. Pork loin was very chewy and juicy, with the stone grill at a very high temperature. Prawn was grilled till charred in taste, chewy and fresh in taste.
