Funny name, isn't it? "SML" sounds familiar to us. If you need some hints, grab its "name card" and you'd figure out!The name card itself is like a tag attached to a piece of clothes you find in a boutique and flip over for the size, fibre details, and place of origin. "S" stands for small, "M" for medium, and "L" for large. In a restaurant, what else can it refer to other than the portion of dishes! And you've got it now!It offers dishes in 3 portions, each with a relatively different price. Fo

The mango mania is thick in nature and had a sense of mango nectar in a less sweet taste. It was not as outstanding as its salt covering of the glass edge, but the Crystal Zone was a real refreshing type. Tender in taste, with good balance and mix of senses like sweet, sour and cool. If there were anything I would order in future, I'd pick this for ordering much more than twice.. if price was not a concern.
baby asparagus & truffle in creamy herb sauce (S, $58)
sizzling mexican fajitas (chicken or shrimp or mixed vegetables), served with flour tortillas (S, $78)
nachos with jalaperios & monterey jack cheddar, topped with sour cream, guacamole & tomato salsa (M, $82)
Before you pay the bill, don't forget to read through the card placed on your table at the moment you sit and settle there, which reminds you of the optional HK$1 donation added to your bill, in support of the Liberty Asia.

It really helps to reinforce its image as a socially responsible corporation, from its consideration to encourage no waste of food ordered from the menu to its "global village" setting with world-concerned issue of African slavery.
题外话/补充资料:
On the other hand, not every single staff member shares the vision. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were reminded we would be asked to leave at around 8pm. Thought that would be they had high demand for seats and that was a warm reminder, which would be understandable for a commercial hub here as in Times Square. However, it turned out we were having dishes placed highly efficiently on the small table, so were their clearing of the dishes and placement of the bill. At that time, vacant tables were around us, the restaurant was like only 50% occupied and there was obviously nobody waiting outside. That pushy service would serve less a welcoming sign to the restaurant than waving customers back. Its "small portion" strategy could be self-destructive if it managed to create no further wonders to local customers who would soon try all limited dishes available on the menu and restraints them from returning.
The bar seat appeared to be a cozy place for friends, and comparing with other restaurants around and in the same building, it is particuarly spacious and thus appealing to "international" friends who would expect to dine in an embracing area, and better still, the bar seating design shall be implied as to retain friends than a "hit-and-run" fast food type. Sadly, its design has not been fully utlilized. Despite the colourful beverages and the delicate design, it'd be a waste if the "human" factor fails to carry its integrity as what it appears.
Another food for thought, how much can it push itself further as a corporation as it intended to position itself? Is it another hypocritical commercial practice or not?
