Salad is super fresh with unique but mild vinegar
Good to freshen up ur palette before the rather heavy risotto
Bread is nothing too special
But the sauce definitely added points
It’s butter cream and fruit paste
U get bit of sweet n salty n sourness all in one dish
Spicy beef risotto is not that spicy
A very user friendly spicy I will say
With tender beef cheek
Half pouch egg definitely added texture
Lobster and scallop risotto has a huge portion
Lobster is so palatable
Unexpectedly fresh, fulfilling n solid feeling
Nothing too overwhelming for the scallop though
Expect a thick green paste that can stuff ur stomach
