A well dish of drunken chicken represents the greatest culture of Shanghainese cuisine. Here I could find it. I had visited couples of so-called Shanghainese restaurants in Central previously, their dishes of drunken chicken were not strong taste enough of the wine sauce, which made the chicken tasteless. Here I find it very deep and strong taste of wine sauce, very impressive and the texture of chicken is really nice that not much fatty skin included! The dish of deep fried fish in sweet & sour

I had visited couples of so-called Shanghainese restaurants in Central previously, their dishes of drunken chicken were not strong taste enough of the wine sauce, which made the chicken tasteless. Here I find it very deep and strong taste of wine sauce, very impressive and the texture of chicken is really nice that not much fatty skin included! The dish of deep fried fish in sweet & sour sauce was surprisingly tiny! It costs like $98 (+10%) but the fish is just this tiny! How disappointing! The general quality of food is no doubted fine, service is nice. But I think it’s slightly pricey for such small proportion of dish…
