🐟Smoked salmon open-faced sourdough
The slice of sourdough is nicely toasted, layer of cream cheese is thick is definitely a good pair to smoked salmon
🥄Cauliflower soup with potato
Homey soup and thick consistency, may not be the best choice during summer but I like it anyway
🍝Beef ragu w/ sous vide beef ragu and pappardelle
Love the crunchy swirl of mozzarella, pappardelle (flat pasta) has a nice texture, would like a bit more beef though as it's now barely covering the pasta
However would like to say there are way too many flies / mosquitoes / insects flying around in the cafe, otherwise the overall dining experience would be quite nice
