The Sixteen is a newly open dining area in Quarry Bay. There are four restaurants and we chose western food this time as we were craving for some nice steak. We chose the hkd318 3 three courses meal. For the starter, we ordered Tuna Tartare and classic Burrata. Both dishes were delicious and their portions were sizeable. The steaks were juicy and tender but could have more flavour on it and perhaps with a little bit of fries or a few potatoes would have been nicer. For desserts, Pistachio panna
