I was have a dinnar in roka with my family last night, it's a really nice new place. The service is better than macao one, but a few disappoint about the robata food. I am very sorry, the grill salmon is not cooked insade, have to use small fire cook slowly, the beef is not mediem well, cooked too much and it's burn.Actually i am not in rush time, so, be more attention in food cooking.sushi is no much special for me. very simple plate, no decoration. sushi is no much special for me. very simple plate, no decoration.
Dessert is really really great, i love the pineapple and coconut cake, it,s melt in mouth, home make coconut Ice cream with lime zest, very very good taste. and my mam said, she like the strawberry one, it's very fresh, and chef put yuzu ice inside, this dish is perfect for hot summer, but i forget the name.
If i come back roka again, it,s because the dessert. but if they can do take away, then i don't need to have burn beef...
