This restaurant never fails to satisfy. On this visit, partaking in the business lunch menu, I was intrigued by a vegetarian twist on a beef classic - the Beef Wellington. A beetroot fan already, the pleasant combination of a whole beetroot, smothered in a morel mushroom and spinach mash and baked inside an oven-golden pastry was definitely a winner.
