Reserved specifically for the bird's nest high tea. Was told it will be available even after visiting them in 3 weeks. Attempted to call them at least 5 times a week prior to arrival and no one ever pick up the phone. It got to the point where I called the hotel an hour before arriving to make sure I wasn't disappointed. When we sat down, we were told they have changed the menu to chocolate sensation. Seriously their poster right outside their own restaurant is still advertising the bird's nest high tea! Very disappointed. I acknowledge the waiter did attempt to pacify me offering me a free coffee but their poor execution and marketing what is actually not offered has already ruined it completely for me.
