I am back to one of my favourite Taiwanese restaurant, this popular restaurant still need to wait for quite awhile for a seat. Dan Zai rice noodles:The flavour basically relay on the minced pork, the soup is just water. The rice noodles were quite filling. Minced pork with rice:My favourite rice! The minced pork was delicious, it was like the one I had in Taiwan. It was meaty and not oily. Deep fried shrimp roll:The restaurant recommended this dish as the most popular so I ordered it to try. Deep fried shrimp roll:
The restaurant recommended this dish as the most popular so I ordered it to try. Unfortunately, I didn’t quite like it. The filling tasted a bit wired and the wasabi with soya sauce didn’t really match with the shrimp roll.
Stir fried cabbage with Sakura shrimp:
My favourite veggie dish, I order this every time I go there. The cabbage was crunchy and tasted so good. It was garlicky which I love. I love the Sakura shrimp the most, they were crispy and yummy.
