I work in the area and spotted them the day they started setting up the restaurant. The words 'sushi' and 'soba' made me bookmark them for when they opened up later.The decoration is very simple but clean and cosy. I've only tried lunch here, and they offer a few different type of set lunches. We went for the 'Waki" lunch set which seemed to be the house special. It didn't sound like too much on the menu but we were very wrong!The first to arrive was the sashimi dish, which was scallop sashimi

The first to arrive was the sashimi dish, which was scallop sashimi and some kind of white fish.
While we were still chatting and finishing off the sashimi, the steamed egg arrived. I love steamed egg, especially when they put all sorts of mushrooms and goodies in it, Uogashi's steamed egg was perfect and a good size.

Next was the 4 piece sushi set which was all presented beautifully and tasty. You can see the steamed egg bowl in the background (blue and white ceramic bowl!)

Quite amazing for that amount of food. I've been to other restaurants with half the amount of food in a lunch set charging double the price.
I came back the next week to try the Chirashi-don lunch set

Still very happy with the quality and amount of food. This place is highly recommended for those looking for a place to lunch around Sheung Wan.
题外话/补充资料：
There is one table booth that can fit around 4 people, and bar seats.
