Much better than the original store

Despite being impressed by their lava croissant at their original store, I was put off by their service last time(not bothering to serve water and rushing service causing the food to cool down). First of all, they served water(HAHA) once a sit down. In view I tried the crab paste and signature lobster bisque lava croissant last time, I decided to try the Tom Yum Lobster Bisque Lava Croissant.

 I appreciated how they added some coconut on top to make the ton yum flavor more aromatic. The spiciness was just right without overpowering the lobster. There was much more lobster bisque inside than shown in this photo.

 The serving time of the main course was great here. After I finished the croissant and they removed the plate, the main course came in around 5-7 minutes. As I decided to have croissant for dessert as well, to save some of my carb quota, I chose this meal. As the name implies, it is high in protein and low in fat and carbs.

 You can see both the egg white roll and salmon is actually quite thick and the amount of salad is quite huge. This is a perfect meal for those who want more carbs during the appetizer and dessert. Since the serving time was right this time, the main course was still hot. The salmon and egg white roll was cooked just right while remaining moist. The salad was also just dressed with vinegar to make sure it matches the name of the dish being low fat.

 Again, the serving time for the dessert was as impeccable as the main course. The black sesame lava croissant was just aromatic as the first croissant. Despite it is labelled as a dessert, it was not too sweet which I loved a lot.

Overall, this branch changed my whole impression of Fast Gourmet and I will definitely be coming again to this branch.
