i didnt experience the bad service, maybe becos i went with a white guy?! but i really dont want to believe that...i love the cocktails there, the strongest one in town. & the cake, i'm not a dessert person, but i love the cake, it's incredible --- delicious!didnt go for the Valentine day set meun cos it's just too much for both of us. (i seldom eat dinner)i'll be back on one weekday afternoon to try out the tea set, i bet the food will be great too.nice location, nice view, an excellent choice

i can see one mainland chinese guy in causal wear (jeans/ sneakers), the female in MK look, obviously they're tourist cos they can't stop taking pictures. so, dont need to worry about formal dressing, as long as u've a deep pocket, the door is opened
