I really don't understand why this restaurant has been slandered with so many bad reviews, it makes me question what kind of people use this app. Wah Lam is one of the most authentic Hong Kong diners that has maintained their renowned flavours throughout the decades! My HK friends introduced me to this place 10 years ago when I moved to here and none other can compare to the complexity and rich flavours of their soup base, the tenderness and juiciness of their beef brisket and wonton and fish balls, as well as the tasty iced tea and rich HK-style milk tea. Work has taken me away from HK for several years and coming back here to eat the first time in over 5 years and they have maintained their high standard and same rich authentic flavours, which warms my heart to be able to come back to enjoy this food. The restaurant is bright and clean, well organized and offer quick and efficient service. They have kept all their traditional posters on the walls, which only adds to the genuine nature and authentic culture of this homey local diner.
