Bold, vibrant Middle Eastern flavours is a rare find in Hong Kong, at least for me personally. My favourite was the Cobia Shawarma, which reminded me of a fancy version of a fish wrap. The Cobia was just lightly battered and cooked just right, the wrap itself was crispy and light, and the various sauces on top just gave it that Middle Eastern vibe!
