i read a magazine review and asked my friends if they want to try this restaurant. only when we were meeting, we realised there are 2 shops, one in causeway bay, the other in tai hang we sat down, ordered 3 dinner sets (the waitress was standing in front of us, so i couldn't take a lot of pictures, especially the menu). 2 of my friends ordered the $240 (normal waygu) dinner set, and i ordered the $260 soy milk dinner set. we highly recommend the soy milk set, the soy milk makes the wagyu meltin
we sat down, ordered 3 dinner sets (the waitress was standing in front of us, so i couldn't take a lot of pictures, especially the menu). 2 of my friends ordered the $240 (normal waygu) dinner set, and i ordered the $260 soy milk dinner set. we highly recommend the soy milk set, the soy milk makes the wagyu melting in your mouth. at first we thought it was the beef itself that melts, but later they proved it wrong. [since we ate over $1000, we were eligible to play a game guessing 2 beefs and they gave us clear soup to try. the texture was totally different, thus we lost.] my friends ordered the 立魚清湯 as soup base, it's like home made fish soup, which is really sweet & yummy . so if you do have a couple of friends heading there, get at least one soy milk and one 立魚清湯. would definitely recommend you to go and try, preferably make a booking first, because they don't have heaps of seats (make sure you tell your friends which shop you book!!).
