It's been a while since I last visited Pottinger Street, I was surprised to find so many new Taiwanese milk tea shops there. Upon the recommendation of a friend, we decided to try Mother Pearl.
This shop is known for the healthy mylk tea, once I stepped close enough, the calorie count on display was very eye-catching. And the drinks and names on menu looked very attractive and creative as well!
The shop gave me a good vibe, and the staff at cashier was so friendly and helpful. When we were struggling what to order, he recommended some of their most popular drinks. I decided to try the Matcha-cha.
According to the menu, this drink was made with matcha rice froth, oat and cashew mylk, monkfruit sugar, red bean, and acai tapioca. I really love the texture of the pearls and the wonderful combination of these vegan ingredients, I'm looking forward to going back and trying some of their other drinks soon!
