Basehall recently has opened a lot of restaurants that I wanted to try but they are scattered throughout Hong Kong. One of them is this Madai RamenThey ran out of the creamy broth so I tried the clear broth. The clear broth was not oily yet tasted just as rich especially when you add the oyster oil, giving it . The fish skin was really crispy even for the parts in the soup. The texture of the noodles is suitable for most though I prefer the firmer side.It is quite pricey but overall it was great
