Attended a short seminar on Saturday morning in Wanchai. Since I have the precious opportunity to enjoy lunch on my own (as the senior and junior "The She Who Must Be Obeyed" stayed at home), I think a little bit of indulgence is not too much. Therefore, I went to TST to have lunch at King Ludwig. Haven't been to this place for long time. Attended a short seminar on Saturday morning in Wanchai. Since I have the precious opportunity to enjoy lunch on my own (as the senior and junior "The She Who Must Be Obeyed" stayed at home), I think a little bit of indulgence is not too much. Therefore, I went to TST to have lunch at King Ludwig.

Haven't been to this place for long time. I learned from the witress that all tables have been fully-booked for the afternoon tea buffet starting at 2pm. For those who walked in for lunch have to either return the table before 2pm, or stay at the lounge. As I arrived very early, I was seated at a small table in the dinning room.

Ordered my favourite roast pig knuckle. The skin was as crispy as usual but yet the meat was still very juicy and tender. This has been the best pig knuckle I have ever had in Hong Kong so far.

Although it was a bit too early for beer, who care, just ordered 1 litre of Veltin to flush the pig knuckle down, which is also great.

I ended up paying about $270.
