This restaurant we went today used to be an all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant. Recently, they decided to revamp their business and focused more towards the high-quality Japanese cuisine. Sea urchins with creamy jelly with minced fish don - an amazing choice to test how good their sashimi actually are. Surprisingly, the sea urchins is buttery smooth and fresh. The creaminess of the sea urchins, for some reasons, with the creamy jelly makes the whole dish extra delicious. The minced fish is very good too.

Japanese fried chicken don - a huge portion to be shared. I believe this dish can feed around 2 people. The fried chicken is very tender while the outside is crispy. The chicken is always freshly fried. On the side, there’s vegetable, so you don’t need to worry about digestive problem later.

Both sets came with miso soup and some mini snacks. One thing that stands out is there appetizer - crab meat steamed egg. This little bowl of joy warms my heart. I’m so satisfied with it and it really did set the mood of the whole meal.
Besides, we also ordered a small portion of sashimi. Everything is very fresh and well prepared. Each slice is sliced with reasonably thickness.
After trying this place, I would definitely recommend it. It’s pretty hard to break that stigma of a all-you-can-eat restaurant, but they did.
