Phi recently has a new menu which included Lotus Biscoff Caramel Souffle and Cream Art Latte. I preferred purple sweet potato more so I chose that one instead.The latte came first as the souffle pancake takes some time. Aesthetically pleasing, the balance of the milk, purple potato and coffee was on point and made a great coffee drink despite being dinner.The souffle pancake came later and it was just as airy as I remember.(this is my personal preference) The lotus biscoff crumbles balanced out

The latte came first as the souffle pancake takes some time. Aesthetically pleasing, the balance of the milk, purple potato and coffee was on point and made a great coffee drink despite being dinner.

Purple Sweet Potato Latte

The souffle pancake came later and it was just as airy as I remember.(this is my personal preference)

Lotus Biscoff Caramel Souffle

The lotus biscoff crumbles balanced out the caramel on top and the dish was surprisingly not sweet. Together with the airy souffle pancake, despite it looks quite heavy, it should be quite easy for people to finish one by themselves.
