longer wait than I expected

It was really good, but I found myself waiting around ten minutes which I couldn't quite figure out as my bowl was the second order made, and there were four people in the kitchen? Most of my toppings were served cold and were premade so I didn't really understand the wait for it. Otherwise, very tasty.
