Long wait for the food

Tables a little close together, but comfortable seating. Ordered a green salad (not particularly impressed, lots of random greens roughly chopped on a plate for $70), then waited... and waited.... and waited for our pizza. Finally, almost an hour later, after other patrons who arrived after us were eating their pizzas, we asked the waiter (who hasn't noticed our multiple enquiring glances in his direction) about our pizza - which finally came another 20 mins later - so was clearly forgotten abou

Ordered a green salad (not particularly impressed, lots of random greens roughly chopped on a plate for $70), then waited... and waited.... and waited for our pizza. Finally, almost an hour later, after other patrons who arrived after us were eating their pizzas, we asked the waiter (who hasn't noticed our multiple enquiring glances in his direction) about our pizza - which finally came another 20 mins later - so was clearly forgotten about. Not much of an apology, explanation or discount etc. The pizza itself was alright, but to have to wait so long for a thin-based pizza, which was obviously a missed/forgotten order, wasn't really what I consider acceptable.
